He embodied the values of the institution, excelling academically, engaging civically, and demonstrating a lifelong commitment to learning.
As an Environmental Studies major, Kemp was a standout member of several campus organizations, including the college’s outing club and sustainability initiatives. His passion for the environment was evident in his professional life, where he worked as an environmental consultant, developing sustainable solutions for businesses and communities.
Kemp’s love for the outdoors was undeniable, and his tragic passing in a skiing accident has left his family, friends, and community in profound grief. Those who knew him remember his infectious smile, adventurous spirit, and unwavering kindness.
A memorial service will be held in Williamstown, with details forthcoming. In honor of Kemp’s memory, his family has requested
