Double Homicide Rocks Cordova Community
Cordova, TN – A tragic shooting incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday morning, claiming the lives of a man and a woman in Cordova.
According to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a report of a fatal shooting at a residence in the 300 block of Meadow Trail Cove at approximately 3:45 a.m.
Upon arrival, deputies found the male and female victims deceased at the scene. Shelby County paramedics arrived shortly after and officially pronounced both individuals dead.
The investigation is ongoing, with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office working to determine the circumstances surrounding the shooting. The identities of the victims have not been released at this time.
