
Tragedy Strikes Riverside County: Deputy Timothy Corlew Killed in On-Duty Crash
A somber mood has settled over the Riverside County community following the tragic loss of Deputy Sheriff Timothy Corlew, who died in an on-duty motorcycle crash on Wednesday morning. The incident occurred at approximately 5:30 a.m. on the Riverside (91) Freeway near La Sierra Avenue, involving Corlew’s patrol motorcycle and a dark-colored SUV.
According to California Highway Patrol (CHP) Officer Javier Navarro, the collision is being treated as a tragic accident, with no arrests made or criminal charges anticipated at this stage.
